KBS 2TV's Sunday mini-series 'The Completion of Marriage' has hinted at turmoil through a fleeting three-way confrontation between Nam Goong Min, Lee Seul, and Cho Yun Seo.
'The Completion of Marriage' (directed by Kim Jeong Hyun and Kim Min Tae, written by Jung Jae Ha, produced by Red Nine Pictures and KBS Media) recorded its highest viewership ratings in episode 8, with a peak rating of 9.2% in the Seoul metropolitan area and 7.5% nationwide. The series is gaining positive response from viewers with its gripping narrative and the actors' immersive performances.
In episode 9, which airs on August 1st, Kang Tae Joo (Nam Goong Min) and Go Se Yoon (Lee Seul) have a confrontation in a hospital corridor. Subsequently, Go Se Yoon witnesses Kang Tae Joo together with Cha Myung Hee (Cho Yun Seo). Kang Tae Joo hands something to Go Se Yoon while avoiding eye contact, and Go Se Yoon expresses frustration before leaving.
When Go Se Yoon turns back, she catches sight of Kang Tae Joo and Cha Myung Hee walking together in serious conversation. As Go Se Yoon regards their meeting with suspicious eyes, attention is focused on how the relationship between the three will change.
The three actors delicately portrayed their complex emotional lines and ambiguous atmosphere, heightening the dramatic tension.
