KBS 2TV Sunday mini-series 'Perfection of Marriage' - Namkoong Min fingered his father-in-law Jang Kwang as the mastermind behind the kidnapping, delivering a shocking twist.
In the 7th episode of KBS 2TV Sunday mini-series 'Perfection of Marriage' (directed by Kim Jeong-hyun and Kim Min-tae, written by Jung Jae-ha, produced by Red Nine Pictures and KBS Media) that aired on the 25th, Kang Tae-joo (Namkoong Min) rescued his wife Go Se-yun (Lee Seol) after engaging in a physical struggle with Noh Man-hee (Kim Dae-myung), but was taken into custody by police on charges of kidnapping and murder solicitation. During police questioning, Kang Tae-joo volunteered to perform surgery himself as Noh Man-hee's wife Kim Kyung-ae (Lee Sang-hee) became paralyzed below the waist and faced an emergency situation. Despite his father-in-law Go Dong-chan (Jang Kwang)'s opposition, persuaded by Go Se-yun, Kang Tae-joo entered the operating room, suppressed his anger, and completed the surgery safely.
However, 3 billion won brought from father-in-law Go Dong-chan mysteriously disappeared from the car trunk, and Kang Tae-joo was ultimately locked in a detention cell. Meanwhile, the fleeing Noh Man-hee heightened the tension by committing another crime.
Towards the end of the broadcast, a scene was depicted where Kang Tae-joo subdued Dr. Ha Jeong-soo (Jeon Kwang-jin), who was attempting to kill Kim Kyung-ae. After preventing Ha Jeong-soo's attempted potassium chloride injection, Kang Tae-joo persistently questioned whether hospital director Go Dong-chan was behind it, completing a shocking ending.
