PlusM Entertainment, the investment and distribution company of the movie "Hope," and production company Pozed Films announced a firm response to actions exploiting actor Hwang Jung-min's stalking victimization.

The two companies stated in an official position that "actor Hwang Jung-min has been a victim of stalking and legal measures have already been taken," and that individual A has been continuing to interfere with business by sending maliciously edited content via email to the two companies and partner companies of the movie "Hope," and repeatedly posting and deleting defamatory posts about the actor and film on social media.

They added, "The individual has shown attempts to disrupt the smooth progress of the film not only during the preparation period for release but also during the crucial period for box office success," and stated, "This is an act that not only damages the overall business of Hope but also maliciously damages the honor of those who worked for the film."

PlusM Entertainment and Pozed Films have defined the relevant actions as intentional harm to the movie "Hope" and announced they will actively consider legal measures while continuing to take a firm stance to prevent additional damage.
