The broadcast from the 14th recorded a 2.1% viewership rating among male viewers in their 40s in the Seoul metropolitan area, ranking first across all channels during the same time slot, including terrestrial broadcasters.
On that day, Kim Dae-ho and Lee Mu-jin experienced unique local culture in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia's capital. Lee Mu-jin, who spontaneously visited a local barbershop, was flustered when his sideburns disappeared from the barber's swift scissors, but soon showed laughter upon being satisfied with the completed style. Meanwhile, Choi Da-niel, who loves milk, visited a 'milk house' in an ordinary home without a sign and enjoyed freshly squeezed milk while experiencing the warm hospitality of a local family.
Afterwards, the three visited the 'Ethiopian Korean War Veterans Association.' They looked around the records and medals of the Kagnew Battalion, who willingly took up arms for South Korea and recorded the historic achievement of 253 battles and 253 victories, reflecting on their gratitude. The painful history of the veterans was also introduced—they had built an orphanage for Korean war orphans by saving their monthly salaries during the war, but after returning home, faced long-term oppression due to a change in government.
A surviving veteran they met there expressed a heartfelt wish, saying "I hope I can see the reunification of North and South Korea while I'm still alive."
