Girl group UNIS achieved a double crown at the awards ceremony.
UNIS (Jin Hyeon-ju, Nana, Jellidanka, Kotoko, Bang Yun-ha, Elicia, Oh Yun-a, and Lim Seo-won) received the honor by attending 'KMA 2026' held at Korea University's Hwa Jeong Gymnasium in Seoul on the 25th.
On this day, UNIS took home trophies in both the KM Popular Icon and Best Popular Girl Group categories. The members expressed their feelings, saying "We came with the intention of showing a good stage, and we're happy to receive 2 trophies," and "It's all thanks to our fan club EverAfter, and we are always grateful and love you."
On stage following the awards, they showcased a performance of 'SWICY,' the title track from their second mini album. The members opened with a sweet atmosphere and added intense dance breaks, displaying diverse charms.
UNIS, which proved their influence as a double crown winner at the awards ceremony, plans to continue their global activities with 'GimmeSummer☆,' the title track of their first Japanese mini album, set to be released on the 31st.
