Group The Wind heightened anticipation for their comeback by previewing new music.
Their agency, Pang Star Entertainment, released a highlight medley video of The Wind's fourth mini album 'Second Wind : S#00' through their official YouTube channel on the 24th. The video featured excerpts from a total of 5 tracks including the title track 'Party Like a Rock Star' as well as 'With The Wind', 'That's Smooth!', 'Falling Down', and 'This Way That Way'.
Through this video, the included tracks which Park Kyung of Block B participated in writing, composing, and producing were unveiled. Park Kyung expanded The Wind's musical spectrum by tackling diverse genres ranging from pop&R&B to pop&rock.
The title track 'Party Like a Rock Star' is a pop&rock track combining funky guitar riffs and EDM lead synths, characterized by an upbeat sound. The other included tracks also reveal various charms such as 808 bass-based sound and a reinterpretation of 2000s sensibility.
Through their collaboration with Park Kyung, The Wind is launching a new second round by adding a free and confident 'refreshing hip' color to their existing freshness.
Meanwhile, The Wind will first take the stage at Caribbean Bay's 'Music Pool Party' on the 25th, then officially release their fourth mini album on various music sites at 6 PM on the 29th.
