ENA's new entertainment show 'Luggage Sabbatical' is a minimalist travel variety program featuring four travelers with different tastes and lifestyles traveling with just one suitcase. As a new format confidently presented by ENA, which has built differentiated travel entertainment, and production company TEO, the four members bound by a shared single suitcase will travel through four different terrains over two weeks.
The eye-catching combination ranges from travel expert Wonji to Gabi, Isyan, and youngest member Harimu. The process of sharing a single suitcase and adapting to one another is expected to be the key source of fun. Since even the smallest choice reveals personality, the show offers the pleasure of glimpsing the cast members' characters and relationships from before the trip even begins.
The first broadcast unveils the packing war, the first challenge of the four-people-one-suitcase trip. In the pre-release footage, Isyan is taken aback seeing the suitcase full of other members' belongings, but boldly removes Wonji's pajamas and Harimu's bikini to reorganize it. Eventually proposing the bold idea of sharing patches instead of underwear, she fills the space with her own dress and beauty items.
Upon opening the suitcase again before departure, they are shocked. As they search for their missing belongings, cries of despair erupt, revealing various survival strategies ranging from desperate appeals to concealment. Amid the situation of having to remove others' items, tense eye contact battles and competition are expected to drive the fun.
Meanwhile, the four who coldly said they didn't even need underwear show beauty-focused unity by not touching each other's cosmetics. The process of understanding one another through extreme constraints and becoming one team is drawing anticipation.
The production team shared that the fierce packing process will be revealed, and asked viewers to expect the special relationship of conflict while hearts connect and differentiated fun.
