In the 5th episode of KBS 2TV's Saturday mini-series "The Completion of Marriage" (directed by Kim Jeong-hyun and Kim Min-tae, written by Jeong Jae-ha, produced by Red Nine Pictures and KBS Media) airing on the 18th, Kang Tae-joo (played by Nam Goong Min) visits the house of the enigmatic Kim Gyeong-ae (played by Lee Sang-hee) and points a gun at her in a tense, critical situation. The previous 4th episode achieved the series' highest viewership rating of 8.5% in Bundang and 7.2% nationwide, while also ranking 1st in Disney Korea's TOP 10 series, proving its hot topicality.
In the previous broadcast, Kang Tae-joo broke through the police's siege and collaborated with Lee Su-hyung (played by Park Byung-eun), delivering a plot twist ending with Noh Man-hee (played by Kim Dae-myung), the kidnapper of Ko Se-yoon (played by Lee Seol), appearing on a monitor. In the following 5th episode, Kang Tae-joo appears before Kim Gyeong-ae as she enters the house, erupting in extreme anger and facing off against her. Though Kim Gyeong-ae seems frightened by the sudden threat, she exudes a mysterious atmosphere that bewilders Kang Tae-joo. Curiosity mounts over the reason why Kang Tae-joo, who set out to find his kidnapped wife, points a gun at Kim Gyeong-ae.
Nam Goong Min and Lee Sang-hee showcase perfect chemistry with only their eyes and breath instead of dialogue, completing a tense and delicate confrontation. Nam Goong Min densely portrays the emotional journey of a character oscillating between despair and anger, while Lee Sang-hee flawlessly expresses the complex inner world of someone whose intentions remain unknowable, creating explosive acting synergy.
