KQ Entertainment has reiterated its firm stance on taking strong action against malicious posts and the spread of false information targeting the group ATEEZ.
Through an official statement, KQ Entertainment stated that it is continuously monitoring rights violations including the spread of false information, defamation, insults, sexual harassment, and privacy infringement, and is proceeding with legal action based on secured evidence.
The company further explained that recent cases of malicious posts, personal attacks, and false information spread continue to be identified, and it is collecting related evidence through its own monitoring and reports from fans.
The company also emphasized that even if posts are deleted or accounts are made private or closed, all previously secured materials will be reviewed, and legal action will be taken without leniency if illegal activities are confirmed.
KQ Entertainment also requested that fans submit suspicious posts along with supporting evidence to the dedicated reporting email (protectkq@gmail.com). The company advised that the email subject line should follow the format of "Group Name or Member Name / Channel / Reason for Report," and stated that it plans to carefully review submitted materials and actively reflect them in legal action.
Finally, the company stated, "We will continue to monitor and take legal action to protect the rights and interests of our affiliated artists."
