She then humorously shared an anecdote about receiving her first hateful comment calling her a "pig" after her debut, which shocked her and motivated her to diet.

During the broadcast, Koo Hye-sun also revealed an anecdote about her recent Himalayan climbing expedition. Koo Hye-sun, who successfully reached 4,300 meters on Mt. Himalaya on her first climbing attempt, explained that she walked for 16 hours a day during the grueling journey. As she reminisced about the time she collapsed in a public restroom and faced the brink of life and death, she opened up about how this became an opportunity to deeply reflect on human dignity. She then shared an anecdote about surviving on rice porridge alone before consuming food while prepared with prescribed medications and injections because she desperately wanted to eat soy sauce marinated crabs, and conveyed that she has since recovered her health.
