Actor Lee Seol will meet audiences through her first solo retrospective exhibition.
The "Lee Seol Actor Retrospective" will be held at KT&G Sangsangmadang Cinema from July 28 to August 9. This is a special retrospective that highlights Lee Seol's acting career. It will feature diverse representative works spanning both independent and commercial films on the big screen.
The screening program includes five films in total: three feature films - "Cheongsan, Yusu," "A Trustworthy Person," and "Trespass" - and two short films - "The Minimum of Courtesy" and "Two Rooms." Each work showcases her subtle portrayal of characters' inner worlds, demonstrating her deep emotional range and wide spectrum of acting ability.
Special interactive sessions are also planned. A post-screening audience Q&A will take place following the screening of "Trespass" on August 1. Additionally, another Q&A will be held after a back-to-back screening of two short films in the "Lee Seol Short Film Selection," where behind-the-scenes stories and candid conversations will be shared.
Lee Seol has built her skills while working across both film and television. Recently, she has been leading the narrative in the KBS 2TV Saturday-Sunday mini-series "The Completion of Marriage" as Go Se-yoon, delivering complex emotions with depth and density.
Tickets for the "Lee Seol Actor Retrospective" will go on sale through Movieae KT&G Sangsangmadang Cinema starting at 11 a.m. on July 25. The booking schedule for the Q&A sessions will be announced at a later date.
