In KBS 2TV's Sunday mini-series "The Completion of Marriage," Nam Goong Min delivered a plot twist by pointing to his father-in-law Jang Kwang as the mastermind behind the kidnapping incident.
In episode 7 of KBS 2TV's Sunday mini-series "The Completion of Marriage" (directed by Kim Jung-hyun and Kim Min-tae, written by Jung Jae-ha, produced by Red Nine Pictures and KBS Media) that aired on the 25th, Kang Tae-joo (Nam Goong Min) rescued his wife Go Se-yoon (Lee Seul) after a physical altercation with Noh Man-hee (Kim Dae-myung), but was arrested by police on charges including kidnapping and solicitation of murder.
During police interrogation, Kang Tae-joo volunteered to perform surgery himself when Noh Man-hee's wife Kim Kyung-ae (Lee Sang-hee) became paralyzed from the waist down and faced an emergency situation. Despite his father-in-law Go Dong-chan (Jang Kwang) opposing, Kang Tae-joo entered the operating room persuaded by Go Se-yoon and completed the surgery without incident while suppressing his anger.
However, the 3 billion won that Kang Tae-joo had obtained from Go Dong-chan mysteriously disappeared from the car trunk, and Kang Tae-joo ended up locked in a detention cell. Meanwhile, Noh Man-hee, who was on the run, committed another crime, raising tension.
At the end of the broadcast, Kang Tae-joo was shown overpowering Dr. Ha Jung-soo (Jeon Gwang-jin), who was attempting to murder Kim Kyung-ae. Kang Tae-joo stopped Ha Jung-soo's attempt to inject potassium chloride and then persistently interrogated him about whether hospital director Go Dong-chan was behind it, completing a shocking ending.
Episode 8 of "The Completion of Marriage" will air at 9:20 p.m. on the 26th.
