"The Completion of Marriage" maintained its position as the #1 show in its time slot while revealing the true target and mastermind behind the scheme against Nam Goong Min.
"The Completion of Marriage" (Directed by Kim Jung-hyun, Kim Min-tae / Written by Jung Jae-ha / Produced by Red Nine Pictures, KBS Media) Episode 10 recorded a peak viewership of 9% in the Seoul metropolitan area and 7.2% nationwide, claiming the #1 spot across all channels including terrestrial broadcasters during its time slot.
The broadcast opened with a flashback showing Noh Man-hee (Kim Dae-myung) and Kim Kyung-ae (Lee Sang-hee) abandoning a corpse and becoming entangled in a cruel shared fate. Returning to the present, Kang Tae-joo (Nam Goong Min) appeared to rescue the fleeing Go Se-yoon (Lee Seol), and the two engaged in a fierce physical struggle. When Kang Tae-joo, caught off guard, demanded to know who was behind it, Noh Man-hee revealed a shocking truth: Kang Tae-joo himself had been the original target he intended to kill. When Kang Tae-joo warned that his wife Kim Kyung-ae's life was in danger, Noh Man-hee chose to flee.
Afterward, Kang Tae-joo exposed to Go Se-yoon the truth that her father-in-law Go Dong-chan (Jang Gwang) had been involved in the Spine Project, selecting clinical trial subjects primarily from those who made donations, and had conducted illegal fetal stem cell surgeries. He further revealed that on the day their daughter Ha-yoon died, Go Dong-chan had failed to inform Kang Tae-joo of his granddaughter's emergency situation. Meanwhile, just as Cha Myung-hee (Cho Yoon-seo) hurriedly packed to flee, Noh Man-hee climbed into the passenger seat of her vehicle, delivering a twist. When Kang Tae-joo heard from Team Leader Jang Do-sik (Lee Seok) that Cha Myung-hee was fleeing, he recalled a past conversation and instinctively realized an insider was involved.
At the end of the broadcast, Noh Man-hee went to the person who had ordered him to kill and attempted to kill his wife, strangling him. The person was revealed to be Choi Chi-woong (Woo Ji-hyun), the deputy director of We Together Hospital and Kang Tae-joo's colleague. Instead of showing fear, Choi Chi-woong smiled with an eerie expression, completing an unprecedented twist ending.
