Singer Jungin held a sold-out solo concert for the first time in 15 years, sharing a meaningful reunion with fans.
Jungin held a solo concert titled "Time of Voice" (organized by Nine Company, produced by Another Level and Coco Entertainment) at Sky Art Hall in Seoul on the 11th. As it was her first solo performance since 2011, longtime fans showed keen interest, and Jungin opened the show brilliantly with explosive vocal prowess, performing songs including "Rush," "Living On," "Rainy Season," and "Such Things" in succession.
The biggest highlight of the concert was a surprise event featuring vocal impersonators from JTBC's "Hidden Singer 8" special featuring Jungin. Gang Hee-su, Kim Bo-ra, Min Seo-yun, Go Ye-rin, and Lim J performed on stage with perfect synchronization, and when it was revealed that Jungin's actual voice was not mixed in even once, the audience erupted in laughter and amazement.
Following that, her husband and musical partner, singer-songwriter Jo Jung-chi, made a surprise appearance to perform "UUU," "Lee Ssang Blues," and "Human Smell," showcasing the couple's perfect harmony. Additionally, longtime acquaintance singer Jon Park participated as a special guest, belting out "BLUFF" and "Thinking of You," adding depth to the performance.
In the second half of the concert, Jungin's signature songs including "One-sided Love," "Dawn Road," "I Hate You," and "Uphill" followed. Particularly during the "Uphill" stage, the audience turned on their phone flashlights and sang along, creating a touching wave of light. With the encore songs "Our Night is More Beautiful Than Your Day" and "Thank You," Jungin expressed her gratitude to the fans who waited for her for 15 years, bringing the concert to a close with deep resonance.
